At Roamstead Coffee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items, such as [list any non-returnable items, e.g., perishable goods, custom orders, or sale items], are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at admin@roamsteadcoffee.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at admin@roamsteadcoffee.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
